Biography

Anna Tobin-Wallis is the Program Coordinator, a position she was promoted to in May 2013 after serving as a Head Teacher since the center opened in 2009.  As the Program Coordinator, Anna leads the early childhood and development program, including leading the Head Teachers.  She also coordinates the academic support we provide to the University, including student internships, student observers, and all research at the center.  Anna has MA. in Early Childhood Education from SF State. a BA. in Psychology, an Elementary School Teaching Credential, and a certificate in Cross-Cultural, Language and Academic Development.  Besides working at Children's Campus, Anna is also an instructor in the Child and Adolescent Development Department at SF State. Her research interests include reflective practice, literacy development, inquiry-based teaching, and inclusion.
